This project involved the installation of spray foam insulation in a residential structure under construction. As the framework and beams were exposed, the insulation process was applied to walls and ceilings to ensure maximum thermal efficiency and structural integrity. Consequently, this phase improved the building’s energy performance, reduced air leakage, and prepared the space for interior finishing. Additionally, skylights and framing reinforcements were carefully preserved to maintain natural lighting and support load distribution.
